Looking ahead at the next phase in our league is Provincials and season ending banquet.
Coaches have been watching and selecting their teams. If you have any concerns or questions that the coaches can't answer you may contact me.
We may have enough to enter two novice teams if we get a Head coach for the second team.
We still haven't had any interest in the girls teams , too bad because I would love to send our first team to the girls provincial's. We have one signed up so far. Contact Jill Brown, the ref if your interested.
Once again if you are interested in helping Amy Woodcock with the banquet please contact her. We need Tyke parents to help set up tables and chairs in the morning upstairs and peewee parents to take them all down and store them at the end of the day.
She will need people to help set up our tent, cook food, and work the food tent, collect ticket and money for non-league people. (Players and coaches get coupons) Other family and friends can purchase stuff.
I also want help to evaluate all the players for next season. I will have evaluation forms at the rink to fill out. Please fill them out. Its no secret, you can work together with people beside you. Do it a few different times. I will take an average from all the forms that I get and add mine in as well. Its so hard for me to rate all 195 players alone.
Thanks for your help on this. I feel a 1 - 10 give a nice wide range to rate them. Just leave them in the box at the rink on the table.
